Pattern shop

• Tooling Development is supported with CAD / CAM Route & Magma – Simulation Software facilities which minimizes the development time (Out Source)
• We are capable of submitting all parts with APQP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC,MSA,PSW,PPAP.
• In house facility for undertaking the Mounting of patterns followed by methoding and rework wherever required.

Moulding Plant

• 2 Pairs of ARPA-300 and 1 Pair of ARPA- 450 simultaneous jolt squeeze molding machines supplied by DISA India Ltd
• Box Sixe Of ARPA 300 : 520 x 400 x 130 / 130 & 520 x 520 x 150/150
• Pouring weight various between 15.00 to 30.0Kg
• Box Sixe Of ARPA 450 : 600 x 700 x 250 / 250
• Pouring weight various between 40.00 to 65.00kg
• IMF no back system (Continuous Mixer Machine). It can produce up to 20 tons of mixed sand per hour. We caters to our customers based on their needs.

Core Making

• Cold box core shotter of 2nos from GS Machineries , one is vertical parting line and onther one is horizontal parting line with capacity of 0.5 – 12.0KG respectively
• Co2 Core making facility with inhouse
• Core oven – Electric Operated , the capacity of 750KG
